2. What data we collect

We collect no personal data whatsoever. Gyral does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to play.

The following game data is stored locally on your device only using your device's standard on-device storage:

• Your total score and games played
• Your current and best daily streak
• Whether you have completed today's Daily Gyral
• Whether you have seen the How to Play tutorial

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party.

3. Data we do not collect

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact details
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any data through third-party SDKs (we use none)

4. Advertising

Gyral contains no advertising. We do not use any advertising networks or display ads of any kind.

5. In-app purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive, store, or process your payment information. Please refer to Apple's and Google's own privacy policies for information about how they handle purchase data.

6. Children's privacy

Gyral is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data from any users, we do not collect personal data from children either. The app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and applicable UK and EU regulations.

7. Your rights (UK & EU users)

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing of your personal data. As we hold no personal data about you, these rights have nothing to apply to — but you are welcome to contact us at any time to confirm this.

For UK users, the relevant supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk.

8. Your rights (US users)

Residents of California and other US states with applicable privacy laws have rights regarding personal data. As we collect no personal data, we have nothing to sell, share, or disclose. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@gyraldigital.com.

9. Data retention

All game data is stored on your device and is retained until you uninstall the app or clear the app's data through your device settings. We have no copy of this data and cannot recover it if deleted.

10. Changes to this policy

If we ever change our data practices, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. We will notify users of material changes through an in-app notice.
